The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show has been performing at fairs, sports shows, festivals, theme parks, and both private and corporate events for over 33 years. The Show has performed all over the world including Japan, Bermuda, Europe, China, Australia and Africa. Events presented during a show include log rolling, underhand chopping, springboard chopping, standing block chop, crosscut sawing, axe throwing, and dragster chainsaw competition, just to name a few.

Hunter Courville & Cajun Fever is a powerhouse Louisiana band known for electrifying performances that capture the heart and soul of Cajun culture. Fronted by award-winning accordionist and vocalist Hunter Courville, the group fuses tradition with fresh energy, creating a sound that blends Cajun, Country, Zydeco, Swamp Pop, Blues, and Rock ‘n’ Roll into a one-of-a-kind experience that keeps dance floors packed and audiences coming back for more.
The band's talent and hard work have earned them wide recognition, including being named First-Place Winners of Paragon's Got Talent in 2024. Their momentum continued with the release of Hunter's newest single, Evangeline, which premiers exclusivley on KBON 101.1 FM Radio. Most recently, Hunter Courville & Cajun Fever were honored as the 2025 Official Community's Choice Award - Best of Acadiana Winner, further solidifying their reputation as one of the region's most respected acts.
With decades of combined experience, the members of Cajun Fever have performed on stages ranging from local dancehalls to major festivals, including the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival, Pirates & Boots Festival, Atchafalaya Basin Festival, Moon Pie Festival, Cajun Heartland State Fair, Silver Dollar City Theme Park, and many more.
